Last updated: 26/10/2025
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, venue booking platform, communications (including via VenueAI), and our services (the “Services”). By using our website, submitting a booking, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services and bookings
We provide the venue hire, associated services, and communications as per your event enquiry/booking.
When you submit a booking enquiry or contract via us, you commit to providing accurate information and to abide by our policies and any separate venue hire agreement.
3. User obligations
You agree:
To provide accurate, complete and current information.
To use our website, Platform and communications responsibly and lawfully.
Not to misuse our services (e.g., attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful content, deceive us).
That any event you organise with us will comply with applicable laws, regulations, and venue rules (including maximum capacity, licensing, health & safety).
You accept responsibility for guests, behaviour, damage, and third-party obligations arising from your event.
4. Intellectual property
All content on our website and platform (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is owned or licensed by us or our partners. You may view and use content for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Any other use (copying, republishing, modifying) is prohibited without our prior written consent.
5. Communications and Platform use
Our communications may be facilitated through VenueAI; you consent to us using this platform (or similar) to respond to your enquiries, send updates or follow-ups regarding the venue booking.
You understand that communications via automated systems (such as VenueAI) may involve AI-driven responses but overseen by us.
You remain responsible for verifying and confirming key booking details with us in writing / via contract, not relying solely on automated responses.
6. Booking terms, cancellation & payment
Separate venue hire terms and conditions (e.g., booking deposit, cancellation policy, payment schedule, insurance) apply when you confirm a booking. These Terms of Use do not override those specific venue hire contract terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude or limit our liability in relation to your use of the Services, the website, or any booking, except in case of our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website or platform.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising out of your event (e.g., lost business revenue, reputation damage) unless caused by our proven breach of contract.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your event, your guests’ actions or your use of the website/platform.
9. Privacy & data-protection
Our Privacy Policy (see above) explains how we collect and use personal information. By using our services, you consent to that processing. If you require separate consent or processing (e.g., via VenueAI), you agree to cooperate.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will indicate the current version. Continued use of our website or Services after changes will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
